grantjonah: If you got some iTunes gift cards on Christmas, check out my new game on iTunes.  It’s a good little time waster for a cheap price of $.99.  I’ll love you forever if you buy it and reblog this.  Forever.  And ever.  And ever.

Good-news congress...
“These no-good 9/11-cancer queens think they can just sit around getting cancer from trying to save their fellow citizens’ lives in one of our country’s most trying hours. But if the true heroes, Republican obstructionists like Tom Coburn, have their say, it’s going to be along time before any of these schemers try to rob the taxpayers with another one of these “rescue people from a...

Day 5 - cont'd
Apropos my post on Day 4 regarding a third doctor’s visit - yeah, decided against it actually. I’ve been taking the damn capsules - by opening them up. thats the only way it’ll work. Also, some of the white spots are starting to disappear from the front part of my throat. So, I suppose that’s good news…

Day 5
I dont know if you can call this progress… but I got hungry today! That never happened in the first four days. I think I had a total of 2 meals in that time frame. So, I’m happy. ish. I sure was hoping to feast like a king on christmas day, but oh well… you win some you...

Day four
I didn’t feel much better today, so of course I went back to the doctor. He suspected that it could perhaps be Mono, since it too presents the same symptoms that I had. So, he drew blood and did the test. Thankfully, it wasn’t Mono. This leaves only one suspect: strep bacteria that have simply adapted to penicillin, and thus are able to withstand it. I also told him that the Oxycodone...
